LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to OVERTHINK, a campaign platform operated by Overthink through overthink.win. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you, including restrictions relating to promotions, digital assets, sanctions, tax, and payments.
2. Accounts
Google Sign-In is used to register and authenticate accounts. You must provide accurate profile information, maintain control of your Google account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, automate, or create deceptive duplicate accounts.
3. Campaigns and submissions
Campaign pages describe eligibility, requirements, deadlines, capacity, review criteria, terms, and potential rewards. Joining a campaign does not guarantee approval or payment. You must submit original, accurate, lawful work and evidence. Administrators may approve, reject, or request revision according to the campaign requirements.
You retain ownership of your original submission. You grant Overthink and the relevant campaign administrator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, review, and display the submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, verify, administer, and document the campaign, unless separate campaign terms clearly state additional uses that you accept.
4. Rewards
Rewards become payable only after approval and any required verification. Reward values, currencies, methods, timing, and availability are governed by the campaign terms. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and you are responsible for providing an accurate compatible address. You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations applicable to rewards you receive.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, plagiarism, fabricated evidence, collusion, or duplicate participation.
- Malware, harmful files, credential theft, unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the service.
- Illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or privacy-invasive content.
- Evasion of eligibility, sanctions, geographic, account, or campaign restrictions.
- Use of the service in a manner that violates Google policies or third-party rights.
6. Platform and third-party services
OVERTHINK and its interface, branding, and software are owned by Overthink or its licensors. Google Sign-In, blockchain networks, wallets, project websites, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for independent third-party services.
7. Enforcement and termination
We may suspend access, reject submissions, withhold unearned rewards, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or address security and fraud. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and guaranteed campaign or reward outcomes. Nothing on OVERTHINK is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Overthink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or third-party conduct. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Global availability and disputes
OVERTHINK may be accessed globally, but availability does not represent that the service is lawful or appropriate in every location. Applicable mandatory local laws govern where they cannot be excluded. Before commencing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or tribunal with competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Contact
